WELCOME - My name is Jackie and I grew up in the North Hills.  I moved to San Francisco to attend college and married when I was young.  After purchasing our first home we were motivated to purchase additional properties.  Excited about Real Estate I applied for and was awarded a real estate scholarship.  Becoming a licensed agent in CA we began to purchase investment properties; three rentals and one primary residence for our family of five.
Relocating back to Pittsburgh we were blessed with seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  My husband is a contractor and my daughter is an interior designer and stager.  In 2017 I applied for my PA Real Estate License and had $1.8 million in sales, received top dog award, rising star, and rookie of the year.  At the end of the year we decided to purchase a fixer upper investment property to renovate.  After spending half the year gutting and updating the property we resold it. In 2021 we purchased another flip home to renovate. 
WHY AM I DIFFERENT - My goal is to ascertain YOUR wants and needs and then create a stressless experience.  Whether it is how to position your house on the market to sell or negotiating a purchase price.
The ONLY way for a Realtor to truly understand the clients perspective is to be a client themselves.  As an investor I can appreciate the concerns of both the buyers and sellers in regard to the home they want to purchase or sell.   I am cognizant as to what one may possibly be feeling or experiencing for the process  “is extremely personal” when it comes to pricing because there is an emotional investment while trying to make a rational decision.  Understanding the reason for selling and realizing the sentimental attachment enables me to guide one through the process with ease.
Motive and availability of the agent should always be considered.  Being able to trust and feel comfortable are essential elements of a sound working relationship. I strongly believe that it is an agents duty  to provide supportive documentation and market insight to back up their opinions, and an agreeable strategy so you can make an informed decision prior to signing a contract.  Being a proponent of honesty enables possibilities, options, alternatives and creativity.  It means working together, communicating together and making things happen that will produce mutual beneficial results for everyone involved.  Having a contractor and interior designer/stager in the family is a definite asset providing additional insight in today’s market.
